The University of Turin (UniTo) is a historical and multidisciplinary university that has held a top spot in the rankings of the best Italian universities thanks to its commitment to internationalisation (Erasmus Report 2023: 4° University in Italy for outgoing mobilities; 4° in Europe for outgoing students). UniTo has chosen to implement and confirm specific actions that support international culture and Mobility, promoting the international dimension of Erasmus as a central element of its Institutional policy and an added value that can be enjoyed by the whole academic community and its partners. KA171 Call 22 project has strengthened the cooperation with HEIs in Albania (Universitetit te Vlores; Universiteti Bujqesor i Tiranes), Comores (Université des Comores), India (Nirma University), Madagascar (Université de Antananarivo e Toamasina), Morocco (IAV Rabat), Uganda (Makerere University) and Vietnam (HUMG). The scientific fields included are linguistics, agricultural studies, medicine, biology, drug science, anthropology and humanities. Thanks to specific actions supporting welcoming services and students with fewer opportunities, UniTo has pursued the ambitious objective of quality assurance and inclusion outside EU borders.
