The project was designed to strengthen academic cooperation between UNINT and five partner Higher Education Institutions in Albania, Montenegro, Morocco, and Russia through mobility programmes targeting both students and staff. The initiative pursued objectives across multiple levels. For students, the aim was to expand the academic offer and develop technical, digital, and intercultural skills, while also raising awareness about environmental sustainability and fostering a stronger sense of European citizenship. Inclusion was promoted through internationalisation at home experiences. For staff, mobility represented an opportunity for professional development, the strengthening of academic networks, and collaboration in research, encouraging the creation of new teaching and project-related synergies. At the institutional level, the project enhanced the capacity of the involved HEIs to actively engage in international cooperation initiatives, particularly European projects, and supported the establishment of synergies leading to Double Degree agreements. At the territorial level, the project aimed to promote inclusion, intercultural dialogue, and sustainability, while encouraging connections between HEIs and local businesses.
