1. Increase and share, among the staff of partner organizations and their referral networks, knowledge and skills to improve the accessibility of people with disabilities to digital skills, with a view to greater employment and social inclusion. 2. Direct involvement of people with disabilities. 3. Awareness raising of local communities on the subject matter of the proposal.
We applied for improving skills of teams involved in training adults especially with disabilities. For the direct involvement of people with disabilities in training paths; for the definition of an innovative intervention model for the employment and social inclusion of people with disabilities through digital skills. 1. Need for greater awareness and empowerment of communities on the problem of social exclusion and employment discrimination of people with disabilities. 3. Need for greater involvement of public and private actors, citizenship in promoting the social and labor inclusion of people with disabilities. 4. Need for new training and accompanying methodologies to promote this issue. 6. To gain awareness about the high social and health costs associated with the lack of social and employment inclusion of people with disabilities. 7. Need to implement new effective solutions that also take into account the new framework brought about by the Covid 19 pandemic which has led to an increase in social and labor marginalization situations of people with disabilities. 8 Awareness of the strategic role of nonprofit organizations in countering/preventing social marginalization of people with disabilities
