Objectives

By implementing our project ''Virtual Production Factory'' , we targeted at actualizing our general and specific objectives set prior to the implementation of the project. In general we wanted to achieve: - Ability to use and develop digital technologies effectively;- Creating actions for digital applications to replace face-to-face applications;-Developing the skills of making comments, producing solutions or making decisions about events, with the modeling feature of augmented-virtual reality and artificial intelligence technologies;- Ability to change technology to produce solutions to its own problems in accordance with its purpose;- Ability to use educational technology materials currently used in schools without any problems;- Developing digital skills;- Ability to produce original projects and 3D modeling when necessary;- Ability to make active observations during learning processes, and to form hypotheses as a result of these observations.

Background

We discussed with the partners about the effects of pandemic period, the usual educational environments and methods have undergone serious changes. With the increase in learning centers providing distance education opportunities and the frequent use of blended learning model and flexible learning methods, it has begun to go beyond traditional teaching methods. In addition, traditional learning methods are no longer sufficient for the new generation, which is called the digital generation, and individuals need more digitally supported, more concrete, faster and accessible learning methods in new learning. In the light of this information, the main motivation of the project was the fact that "Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality" applications have the potential to reach significant levels in the field of education, but that they did not receive enough attention, problems experienced during the transition to digital education after the pandemic, learning difficulties, and the short-term permanence of the learned information.
