The participants but also who followed the activities through social networks and who keeps on staying in touch with his/her "colleagues" met in previous editions, were able experimenting through the common experience of music, paths of mutual knowledge and sharing of respective knowledge. Thanks to the idea of this project, Forlì becomes the center for a cultural, professional and civil meeting that involves the participants, but also their families, teachers and deans: and this is only an immediate fallout. The project aims to move consciences and convictions, deep-rooted fears and mistrust, through music, in an international framework of extreme delicacy, made even more worrying by an ongoing war in Europe itself. The organizator certainly has not the presumption to change the world and history: but only to carry out a concrete action on individual lives, trying to trigger the possibility of some changes on ideas and preconceptions that would seem immovable. The project activities therefore is aimed to these objectives: - about the participants, they have the opportunity to confront each other and dialogue both on a professional and human level; - about the schools and associations, they have the chance to feel part of a real, functioning and lively network, even in the difficulties due to the political uncertainty of the period; - concerning the audience, the opportunity is given to witness the small - great "magic" of an ensemble of young and very young people who, despite coming from different trainings, countries, cultures, languages and religions, is able to offer high-level performance. - to everyone: the project is aimed to promote awareness of the European values of freedom, democracy, equality and respect for human rights. "A bridge of notes and peace over the Mediterranean", is based on the concept of "equal opportunities" offered to different categories of young people. Indeed, in the political and cultural climate, it is important identify activities, including practical, non formal and non-academic ones, that allow young people to feel like creators and protagonists, with the additional possibility of realizing their personal and professional paths by sharing them with peers from different countries from their own. Young participants (and Group leaders) could acquire structured transversal skills in fields that formal education often does not touch, such as audiovisual and virtual communication. The proposal to challange themselves both in the formulation of the project lines, and then in the laboratory activities, in the "learning by doing", and the constant training of encouraging an independent, creative and critical thinking, can also break the claustrophobic dimension in which young people are in many countries caged for long periods because of Corona-virus, seemingly without prospects. Furthermore, in our countries, especially in Western Europe, young people show a certain indifference to the phenomena that constitute the future scenario of their existence, perhaps because adults tend to replace them, today more than ever, in the choices and also in the assumptions of risk. From a situation of this kind, which marginalizes young people in professional and work opportunities, and does not allow them to improve themselves thanks to the comparison, derives a certain disaffection with public life, and with participation in group activities, especially as regards the countries of the Mediterranean and the Southeast Europe. So, the proposal of informal educational paths, which integrate the formal ones already followed by young people in their respective countries, is appreciated by all the partner. In fact, it allows the young participants (but also the Group leaders) to acquire structured transversal skills in fields that formal education often does not touch, like the audio-visual. Moreover, living together and collaborating for days with peers from many countries, even less familiar than those normally known, develops curiosities and questions that replace pre-packaged answers. The idea of this project is "exploiting" the potential of the arts, and above all of music, to create opportunities for dialogue between young people who, in any case, share these passions, in a situation in which they are the "leading actors". In fact, we would like to give young people from partner countries the opportunity to share and compare expectations, hopes and fear of failure, through the "wordless" tool of the arts and, above all, of ensemble/orchestral musical practice.
