By implementing project we aimed the following: 1. To develop digital skills and new teaching approaches to improve learning outcomes and employment opportunities for beneficiaries and community members. This objective aligns with the organization's mission and values, focusing on innovative teaching methods and enhancing employability. 2. To increase external transcendence through social media dissemination strategies. The organization aims to enhance its visibility and reach through effective social media strategies, which will be achieved by the end of the project and will contribute to long-term sustainability. 3. To promote collaborative online environments for solid professional relationships and increased efficiency. The organization seeks to establish strong networks and create collaborative online platforms to facilitate communication and enhance productivity among staff members. By addressing these objectives, the organization aims to meet the needs and expectations of both internal stakeholders (staff and beneficiaries) and external stakeholders (community agents), while ensuring quality, efficacy, and efficiency.
Efektas Group made significant efforts to generate cyclical feedback processes for sustainable development, prioritizing needs, establishing coherent objectives, and fostering innovation and digital environments includes continuous training of staff in digital competencies, implementing new technologies in training environments, and promoting digital skills in social, business, and cultural areas. One of the main challenges is developing a growth plan, which is why the organization is currently engaged in ERASMUS + KA122-ADU program allowing to expand knowledge, skills, and attitudes, and teach staff how others work in other places. Training courses abroad can be an incentive for achieving organizational objectives at a didactic, professional, and personal level. The experience can directly benefit moral and affective growth of staff, improving the feeling of belonging to the organization and fostering a sense of value for both workers and trainers.
