Adult learners - beneficiaries of project activities - needs are inclusive teaching and learning. Teaching and learning are provided by adult educators. Teachers' knowledge, skills and competences have a significant impact on the quality of services. The aim of the project is to strengthen key competencies. Activities of this project aims to improve knowledge, skills and competencies of both learners and adult educators working in KICs. It is an opportunity for learners to strengthen their key competencies during mobility. For teachers - an opportunity to strengthen not only key competencies but also professional competencies, to expand the teaching process at the European level. In order to achieve the project objectives and expected results, it is necessary to evaluate the achieved results and ensure the quality of the project activities. Organisation will measure achieved results using reflection, onversations, discussions and presentation.
The aim of the project is to strengthen the general skills of adults, especially the ability to learn. The target group of the project is adult teachers providing non-formal education. The final beneficiaries are adult learners, the unemployed or those not in the labor market. The training is chosen by adults, including the unemployed, according to their wishes, possibilities and field of interest. The needs of adult learners are high-quality, inclusive education that meets everyone's personal interests. Working with adult groups poses professional and personal challenges for KIC teachers. In this project, we want to give both teachers and adult learners the opportunity to strengthen their general competencies, and in particular to be able to learn competencies. To achieve the goal, we have chosen a teacher to teach and we invite a foreign expert. These activities will strengthen participants' communication, cognitive, social, personal, initiative and learning competencies.
