The project aimed to implement staff mobility to acquire new communication, coaching and IT management skills for distance learning of senior citizens. The new skills will help: - optimize the quality services for older people; - identify and make more effective use of the diverse needs, opportunities, potential and skills of older learners; - attract new audiences and maintain the interest of existing ones; - facilitate the use of the training platform; - attract and motivate volunteers to help learners.
The aim of the Seniors' World is to create a modern online platform for learning and communication of older people. With a rapidly growing audience, we are facing new challenges and the need to develop the following skills of staff and volunteers. We expected that these gaps will be bridged by the knowledge and skills acquired during the training at Europe for All, an organisation with extensive experience. The training in an intercultural setting will provide an opportunity to establish new networking contacts.
