1 - Conduct regular activities for adult audiences to boost climate change awareness, leveraging the organization's long-term adult volunteers and staff. This proactive approach enhances internal recruitment and volunteer management policies, crucial for sustained initiatives amid volunteers' work commitments. 2 - Harness staff capacities to manage European projects within adult strategic partnerships, strengthening efforts at regional, local, and European levels. Developing technical skills related to EU proposal management in adult education is vital to ensure stable and enhanced organizational outcomes, mitigating the risk of inconclusive results due to insufficient funding. 3 - Expand consortium partners' networking capacities by adopting best practices in the adult field and fostering joint ventures. This European networking milestone acts as a guarantor for the project and paves the way for future collaborations in climate change awareness and environmental education across diverse educational sectors. Regular knowledge exchange increases cooperation opportunities at a European level, contributing to overall staff capacity development.
Inoprolt, through its initiative ACE, aims to establish an efficient and collaborative network comprising partners and organizations committed to combating climate change effectively. The primary goal is to raise awareness about climate change through environmental education. As a non-profit organization based in Kaunas, Lithuania, Inoprolt seeks to make a positive impact on the local community while contributing to global sustainability, economic, and social development. The development of a transnational network stemming from ACE plays a pivotal role in the short, medium, and long-term success of the project. This network leverages the consortium's cross-cutting competencies in European projects, such as Project Management, Training, Project Design, Dissemination, and Volunteers' management. The intention is to apply these competencies and acquired expertise in key areas to effectively scale up activities at the European level. This strategic approach aims to translate the organization's competences, methodologies, and knowledge gained from Erasmus+ proposals into a lasting and positive impact on targeted realities in Lithuania by enhancing the internal capacities of staff.
