During the implementation of the project, we want self-evaluation to become a common practice in the school. We would have experience in predicting self-evaluation criteria, use various self-evaluation tools, be able to provide feedback, and reflect. We want to create a self-assessment form for students to self-assess to monitor their individual progress, initiating tripartite conversations between teacher, student and student's parents to monitor and encourage continuous learning. Provide assessment and self-assessment tools for lessons. The skills acquired will benefit all members of the school community as learners.
We are a growing school that continuously strives for improvement, recognizing our achievements and challenges. We observe that teachers and students struggle with self-assessment, receiving, and providing feedback. We initiated the project "Towards the Improvement of Assessment Methodology" as each school community member is responsible for their learning, successful outcomes are attained through continuous reflection, evaluation and feedback. Lesson observations and an external audit revealed a lack of assessment methods among teachers. The project facilitated the exploration of diverse assessment and self-assessment approaches in the educational process, the discovery of new assessment tools and reflection forms, and the development of standardized school self-assessment forms to promote each student's progress. We have implemented numerous projects and recognize that project work allows the entire school community to delve into a specific area, focus, communicate, and collaborate. We are delighted with the experiences gained from foreign countries, which we integrate into our lessons. We ensure and encourage teacher leadership, seek partners for new projects, expand the European network of schools, and enhance language skills.
