We aimed to help teachers and school managers develop strong positive attitudes and cultures by thinking about the educational environment, educational methods and tools that are tailored to each child's individual needs. We see the importance of teamwork, involving the whole school community, so that children with high or very high special educational needs feel good at school and teachers are fully prepared for the practical implementation of inclusion in education. After the implementation of the project, we achieved that school leaders and teachers had practically learned about inclusive education, its universal principles, which help to create an open educational environment for all students.
The aim of this project was to provide opportunities for teachers and school leaders to improve their competencies and skills in preparation for 2024. compulsory inclusive education. Although teachers had already started to prepare for this by attending field seminars, international experience and examples of good practice are needed to remove all obstacles to the implementation of the principle of inclusion in education, i. y. the right of every child to education in a safe and appropriate environment that meets his or her personal abilities and needs. After conducting a survey of teachers on the principle of integration in education, we were convinced that there is still a lot of anxiety and the improvement of these competencies is extremely relevant. We consistently strive for the quality of education, constantly pay attention to the promotion of students' well-being at school and the preparation of students to realize themselves in modern society, therefore such preparation was one of the most important field of 2022-2023 year.
