To learn innovative teaching methods based on students' self-learning and practical skills; To create learning stimulating environment; To apply effectively ICT tools.
The distant learning have brought some negative consequences: the students are not able to concentrate, they lack practical and social skills, they do not want to work individually and do homework. Due to this results the gymnasium has set the goal to strenghen the self-government of the community by creating modern learning stimulating environment. To achieve this goal the educational processes and conditions are being improved and updated: during the lessons the methods based on student's self-learning and ICT tools are applied. The number of activities outside the classroom is being increased . It is believed that the development of the key competences of the teaching staff would help to manage and improve the current situation.
