1. To improve the application of ICT during the lessons; 2. To advance teachers' abilities to create an inclusive educational environment; 3. To get acquainted with and apply new differentiating teaching and individualizing strategies in the educational process; 4. Prepare recommendations for teachers on how to increase inclusion during the lessons.
There is a lack of specialists in the gymnasium who would be able to properly and qualitatively organize the inclusive education in the classrooms. The observation of insufficient training in this particular area for teachers is significant. The project would aim to provide the opportunity for teachers to study abroad and gain experience from foreign specialists. The project is based on a practical experience which focuses on real lesson activities, methods, approaches, forms, techniques and strategies. Dissemination of this project would enable the school, as a learning community, to develop and prepare for the implementation of inclusive education. Teachers would acquire the necessary competencies and would be able to share them with other teachers in the organization.
