Objectives

We are comprehensively and responsibly preparing for inclusive education, so the project's goals were related to the improvement of educational conditions for children with various needs. When children of various abilities and social experiences are being educated together in the classroom, emotional tensions constantly arise, so it is necessary for the teacher to recognize children's emotions, to know their management methods and methods that help to develop positive mutual communication between students. For this, we set our first goal - working with children with various needs and developing emotional intelligence. Since the school has the necessary tools for the implementation of STEAM, but the teachers lack the experience to implement them and integrate them together with STEAM methods into education, so our goal was the creation of a STEAM-friendly educational environment. Targeted use of digital educational tools would allow for personalization of teaching, development of students' critical thinking and creativity, but teachers lacked the skills to create digital integrated educational content, so the last goal was the development and targeted use of ICT in the educational process.

Background

We implement the largest number of educational programs in the region: pre-school, primary, individualized primary, adult primary, basic, individualized basic, adult basic and social skills development programs. There is a special education department for students with intellectual disabilities. Children of the region, who were not able to continue education process in other schools, are educated in youth classes. Students in grades 2-8 can study art oriented artistic education, in grades 1-10 they can choose various non-formal education activities. The school offers sports, artistic, local knowledge, research and creativity clubs. Students in grades 9-10 implement long-term individual projects. The school has been carrying out various projects and participating in environmental protection activities, for which it has been awarded several times. Our school has students with different needs and abilities, with different social experience. Difficulties arise in children's education, communication and cooperation, and in organizing different activities in a way that is attractive, useful and safe. Teachers lack the knowledge to organize activities in a modern way and involve students, meeting their needsand educational goals.
