One of the goals of ,,Juventa" school is to become a health-promoting school. Health-promoting education is mainly implemented in primary school (1-4 grades), while in basic school (5-8 grades) it is sporadic. Only individual classes participate in the activities, subject teachers are reluctant to get involved or get involved superficially, episodically. However, the "health" in a changing society is no longer limited to the physical level: the aim is to develop a cohesive personality - emotionally, physically and socially healthy and responsible. The need for sustainable personal development has increased particularly during the pandemic because of the distance learning and after the return to school. Therefore, the need to create a sustainable education program in grades 5-8, which would cover 5 areas (emotional and physical health, environment/ecology, social competences and self-expression) is very relevant. This project will give us an opportunity to improve the quality of the educational process at school and activate the school community.
