3 objectives for the implementation of the "Discovery of Success" project were successfully implemented: 1. Motivating education using active and creative teaching methods, digital tools and their resources, organizing experiential education and education in non-traditional spaces. 2. Personal development and education based on intercultural cooperation by learning with and from others through participation in courses, job shadowing visits, preparation and implementation of eTwinning projects. 3. Inclusive education - quality education by organizing personalized education for each student, providing assistance to students with special educational needs, creating a safe environment. While implementing the first task of the project, an interesting, motivating, and critical thinking educational content was created. By communicating and cooperating, shared experiences, applied innovative methods in the educational process; got to know various educational systems; teachers' English language communication competence improved; established contacts for the implementation of new projects. Teachers who have improved their professional competence on inclusive education, in the educational process adapted the tasks to the individual learning.

The priority areas are the quality of education and its improvement, improving student achievement and increasing learning motivation. In the progymnasium, equal attention is paid to all the competencies of a person. The school is distinguished by integrated education and the use of information technology in the educational process. The content of the "Discoveries and Successes" project is aimed at high-quality and motivating learning education, inclusive education aimed at student progress, social-emotional education and intercultural communication and cooperation. With the funds of the Quality basket, the school purchased interactive screens, equipped two outdoor classrooms, a sensory room and enriched other The professional development of school managers, teachers, and student support specialists is important for the enabling of these measures and the implementation of objectives. For the implementation of the project's goals, a grant was allocated for the organization of 18 mobilities. In the course of the project, all 18 mobilities and 1 additional mobility were organized.
