We are committed to addressing the needs of students with special educational needs and those from reemigrant families. We believe that every student deserves equal opportunities for success and are dedicated to providing tailored support to ensure their academic and personal growth. The project had a particular focus on fostering student leadership and self-governance, empowering all students to take ownership of their learning journey and becoming active participants in their educational experience. To achieve these objectives, we are dedicated to implementing innovative teaching methods that cater to diverse learning styles and needs. By embracing creativity and flexibility in our approach to education, we strive to create dynamic and engaging learning environments that inspire curiosity and critical thinking. Domeikava Gymnasium is a comprehensive educational institutio committed to fostering a culture of openness. We prioritize the holistic development of each student, nurturing their individual abilities and inclinations while striving for the enhancement of their personalities. Our goals include delivering high-quality primary, basic, and secondary education, cultivating both general and subject-specific competencies along with value-based attitudes. We are dedicated to creating an inclusive learning environment where students of all abilities can thrive, and where teachers are supported in continually enhancing their professional qualifications. Recognizing the vital role of teachers in shaping educational outcomes, we place a high priority on the ongoing improvement of their professional competencies. After conducting the SWOT analysis, it became evident which areas of education require our focus. These include ensuring the optimal advancement of students' achievements, bolstering student motivation, refining modern lesson management, and implementing strategies and methodologies for inclusive education. In order to strengthen students' personal and self-directed learning abilities, the model of universal design was chosen.
