Objectives

This project has two main objectives: 1. To strengthen the practical skills of learners through international activities 2. To raise the quality of the educational process by using the experience of international mobility Thus, with this project we aim to implement the strategic goals of the school and independently participate in the activities of international projects. The experience we have gained through participating in consortium will help us to implement projects successfully, we will accumulate personal experience that we will apply in everyday school activities - we will update the curriculum with new teaching methods, create a community open to changes, educate more confident students in the region and beyond.

Background

In response to business development and changes in the region, our school has updated its curriculum selection and offers 7 new curricula. This has led to the integration of new vocational teachers in our community who need pedagogical reinforcement. At the same time, during the infrastructure project, the training base was renewed for the training programs for service persons, engineering and engineering professions, and architecture and construction education. Vocational teachers have new teaching laboratories, but we see that it would be useful to gain practical knowledge on how to use those teaching bases creatively, making the educational process more inclusive. An equally important aspect is the practical skills of our students. We are constantly involved in projects to acquire practical skills in sectoral centers, but this does not outweigh the students ’experience of international projects.
