In implementing the Erasmus+ KA1 project, our primary aim was to enhance the skills, knowledge, and competencies of our participants through international collaboration and learning experiences. We sought to foster cultural exchange, improve language proficiency, and strengthen professional development in key areas such as education, training, and youth work. Additionally, the project aimed to promote European values, intercultural understanding, and cooperation among participants from different countries, ultimately contributing to the overall development and innovation within our organization and the wider community.
