Utenos College envisions becoming an innovative, nationally and internationally recognized Higher Education Institution (HEI) that fulfils societal expectations through high-quality education, responsible social partnerships, regional and national sustainable development, and the promotion of democratic values and tolerance. EU and national strategic documents highlight the significance of internationalization for the growth of HEIs and society, enhancing public value. The Erasmus+ project fosters international academic mobility and cooperation by improving participants' language skills, cultural awareness, and understanding, enabling them to create transnational networks, engage in social activities, and cultivate a European identity and citizenship. This project aligns with the College's strategic goals and plans, including the International Development Strategy 2021-2027 and the Strategic Action Plan 2022-2024, and supports the objectives of the ESP 2021-2027 and the core principles of the ECHE Charter.
