At the institutional level, the mobility project was primarily aimed at ensuring the continuity of ISM University's internationalisation objectives and indicators. The activities and funding of the KA1 project are one of the main instruments for the implementation of the internationalisation objectives of the University. Therefore, our main objective was to maintain and increase the number of mobile students and staff. At the institutional level, the project also aimed to maintain the existing inter-institutional cooperation network and to find new mobility destinations and partnerships for participants; at the participant level, the project aimed to provide university students with the opportunity to gain new academic and cultural experiences and to compare the differences in higher education systems in other countries. For administrative and academic staff, the aim was to give them the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills and to bring back good practice and new ideas from partners. For the Erasmus+ programme as a whole, we aimed to promote the idea of lifelong learning and to act as ambassadors for the values and objectives of Erasmus+. In terms of indicators, the project doubled the contracted indicators.
