The project’s main goals included helping students, teachers, and staff acquire new skills, promote personal growth, improve foreign language skills, and increase intercultural understanding. It also aimed to support graduates' integration into the labour market, foster entrepreneurship, drive internationalisation, and enhance the University’s recognition. Participating in mobility programs brings significant benefits, such as boosting the visibility and representation of the University, city and country. Students and staff involved in teaching and training gain invaluable exposure to foreign languages, cultural diversity, and hands-on experiences that enrich the University's daily life and support the integration process. Erasmus+ mobility projects are in line with the Lifelong Learning initiative, enabling individuals of all ages to deepen their knowledge, acquire digital skills, gain new experiences, and heighten cultural awareness. Importantly, these opportunities are also accessible to those with limited financial resources, disabilities, and other social challenges.
