The main aim of the project was to make students and staff of Klaipėdos valstybinė kolegija / Higher Education Institution (KVK) mobile so that they gain all the advantages of Erasmus+ programme. Our studies are practice-oriented, so student traineeships play the most significant role. Also, study mobilities are of high importance as well, students in both cases gain international experience and improve their competencies because of the mobilities. Staff exchange adds value to the development of the KVK, so academic and non-academic staff are encouraged to participate in the programme.
