By implementing the project Vilnius Business College targeted to achieve: Enhanced involvement - involving as many different individuals to participate in mobility activities at least once and experience the European sense of belonging and spread of the European values, engage in cross-cultural experiences. The college very strongly believes that participation in international mobility activities can expose individuals to different cultures, languages, and traditions, leading to mutual understanding and appreciation. That leads to cultural exchange, which provides opportunities for students, lecturers, and college staff to not only engage themselves but also encourage others to experience cross-cultural experiences. Also, it was wanted to achieve academic improvements - the project involved partner higher educational institutions, which enabled students, lecturers and staff to benefit from diverse academic environments. Participants could access high-quality education, specialized courses, and unique research opportunities, which then enhanced their knowledge and skills in specific fields.
