The main goal of implementing the KA171 project was to strengthen international cooperation between our institution and partner universities from third countries not associated with the Erasmus+ program. Given that the budget was allocated solely for the incoming mobility of partner university staff to Lithuania, our specific objectives were: - Facilitate knowledge exchange by hosting academic and administrative staff from partner institutions, allowing them to share expertise, teaching methods, and best practices. - Support the professional development of visiting staff by providing training opportunities, networking events, and exposure to Lithuania’s higher education system. - Strengthen institutional ties and foster long-term collaboration through direct engagement, discussions on potential joint projects, and the development of sustainable partnerships. - Contribute to the internationalization of our institution by enhancing intercultural dialogue, increasing global perspectives among our students and staff, and enriching the academic environment.
