The main aim of the Erasmus+ KA171 project was to build and strengthen international cooperation between Klaipėdos valstybinė kolegija / Higher Education Institution (KVK) and 7 non-European partner institutions located in Albania, India, Kenya, Georgia, Malaysia, and Ukraine. This initiative was aligned with KVK’s internationalization strategy, aiming to enhance academic collaboration, intercultural understanding, and the global visibility of the institution. These mobilities were designed to contribute to personal, academic, and professional development, while also fostering institutional learning and mutual capacity building. The project enabled students to gain intercultural, language, and academic skills, boosting their global employability. Staff benefited from professional growth and exchange of best practices. It also promoted inclusive mobility and laid the foundation for lasting global partnerships.
