By implementing the project mobilities Vilnius Business College targeted to achieve a very clear growth of involvement - involving individuals from both college and from Erasmus partner countries to participate in mobility activities. With participants from partner countries, the expectation was for them to experience the European sense of belonging and spread of the European values, engage in cross-cultural experiences. The college very strongly believes that participation in international mobility activities can expose individuals to different cultures, languages, and traditions, leading to mutual understanding and appreciation. That leads to cultural exchange, which provides opportunities for students, lecturers, and staff participants to not only engage themselves but also encourage others to experience cross-cultural experiences. Also, it was wanted to achieve academic improvements - the project involved partner higher educational institutions, which enabled students, lecturers and staff to benefit from diverse academic environments.
