Based on national and institutional strategic documents Šiaulių valstybinė kolegija determined main goals that should be achieved by implementing the project: 1) to develop the internationality by strengthening partnerships and international cooperation; 2) to strengthen the internationality of study programmes; 3) to attract students from abroad; 4) to increase the quality and competitiveness implementing internationalization activities of ongoing studies by: 4.1. promoting the mobility; 4.2. increasing the number of subjects offered in a foreign language; 4.3. developing mentoring activities; 4.4. developing intercultural competences; 4.5. disseminating good practices in mobility; 4.6. maintaining the balance of mobilities and their geographical distribution. 5) to improve the quality of academic mobility by preparing mobility participants (outgoing/incoming) for the visit. /Šiaulių valstybinė kolegija Development Strategy 2021–2030 m.
