The primary goals of this project are to empower teachers and staff by helping them acquire new skills, fostering personal development, improving foreign language proficiency, and increasing intercultural understanding. The initiative also aims to boost the university's internationalization and global recognition. Participating in mobility programs offers significant advantages, as it raises the profile of the university, city, and even the country. Students and staff have a great opportunity to learn foreign languages, experience different cultures, and gain valuable practical experience that is integrated into the daily life of the university, which in turn supports the entire integration process. These Erasmus+ projects align with the Lifelong Learning initiative, allowing individuals of all ages to deepen their knowledge, gain digital skills, and broaden their cultural awareness. The program also ensures that these opportunities are accessible to individuals with fewer opportunities, promoting inclusivity.
