DiPsyCa project aimed to strengthen employees' digital and psychological readiness for remote or hybrid work. We sought to bridge the digital skills gap and enhance emotional resilience, ensuring a smooth and effective transition to new work environments. Objectives: 1. To develop structured, consistent, visualized learning materials and tools to develop the digital competencies needed to work effectively remotely. 2. To create a set of tools for developing emotional resilience, which will make it easier to overcome the challenges of working remotely. 3. To develop an open DL course that integrates tools for developing digital competencies, strengthening emotional resilience, and learner support tools. 4. To disseminate the results of the project, inform the representatives of the target groups of the project partner countries about the new opportunities for the development of digital competencies. By implementing these objectives, the project enables employees to confidently navigate digital workspaces, reduce psychological strain, and enhance competitiveness in the evolving job market.
DiPsyCa project was initiated to address the digital skills gap and psychological challenges faced by employees transitioning to remote or hybrid work. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated digital transformation, yet 79% of employees lack sufficient digital skills. Many, especially older workers and those in low-IT professions, struggle with digital tools. Psychological barriers like stress, low motivation, and difficulty with self-discipline further hinder adaptation. The project tackles these issues by developing a structured digital learning environment with: - Optimized IT learning content for remote work; - Psychological resilience-building tools (stress management, mindfulness); - Interactive and inclusive e-learning resources for diverse learners. By enhancing digital readiness and emotional well-being, DiPsyCa supports the EU’s Digital Decade goals, ensuring employees can confidently work remotely, stay competitive, and maintain well-being.
