Objectives

The main goal of implementing the project is to teach participants and leaders how to build supportive communities that encourage self-expression, self-discovery, self-development, and mutual motivation for taking daily actions. The project aims to strengthen communication and support among community members. The objectives of the project are as follows: To increase knowledge about different areas of the European Union and the situation in rural areas from the perspective of local people. To motivate youth to open up and discuss their own problems, and provide them with tools to find their passions and prioritize what is important to them. To provide participants with questionnaires and methods like "Why" to help them answer difficult questions and gain self-understanding. To create a unique learning experience for the project participants, impacting their development in the main project topic as well as non-formal education and intercultural education. To address the problems faced by people in rural areas through the observations and experiences of the project's leaders, facilitators, and organizers in both local communities and international cooperation. To elevate the standard living experience in the community through the sharing and receiving of information, showcasing the needs, and providing tools for development in youth work. These objectives collectively aim to empower and enrich the lives of youth, foster understanding, and improve the overall well-being and growth of individuals and communities involved in the project.
