We observe that children and young people, especially adolescents, need a strong leader who is a person of their age or in any case to whom they can and want to align, able to speak clearly and persuasively, think creatively and at the same time be a friend to the children. Young people often lack the will to take the initiative to organize, form teams and implement ideas. Most of the organizations involved in the project use sport as an inclusive tool in their activities, and it is also a favorite tool for young people, so we believe that sport can be an effective tool for developing young people's leadership skills and increasing social inclusion. The aim of the project is to develop personal leadership skills, using sports as a tool to increase social inclusion. Young people want a better understanding of the consept of leadership, an understanding of what leadership qualities they have, how they can practice and improve these skills. It is important for them to be able to form teams, manage groups and unite team members to achieve a common goal.
