We wanted to gather organizations working with youth with fewer opportunities (migrant background, national minorities, youth of rural areas) and to achieve the following objectives: - To create a safe multicultural space for building trust, common grounds, bonding, learning, sharing experience and know how; - To develop and acknowledge personal, social and professional competences of people working with YFO in order to strengthen and motivate them; - To increase understanding of different contexts that youngsters are living in different countries; - To upskill youth workers for international mobility projects for youth with fewer opportunities; - To develop partnerships that would empower international mobility of youth with fewer opportunities.
