The youth project "EuroEthics" focused on exploring various issues related to interaction ethics and morality, freedom and ideology, as well as the relationship between the state and the individual, both in historical and contemporary contexts. Additionally, the project paid attention to European ethics, inter-religious dialogue, social problems within society, and other relevant topics. Throughout our project, participants had the opportunity to engage in discussions and analyses using diverse non-formal education methods, addressing numerous challenges prevalent in modern society. These challenges were often linked to attitudes towards morals, ethics, faith, and spirituality. Such activities aimed to foster the development of analytical, critical, and independent thinking among the youth involved. The youth exchange "EuroEthics" served as a platform for bringing together young people from different countries and environments. It provided them with a unique chance to acquaint themselves with one another, engage in discussions, and compare various perspectives. Through role-play exercises, the exchange aimed to create an atmosphere of understanding and respect for different cultures, religions, and national backgrounds. The goals and objectives of the project were aligned with the broader objectives and key aspects of the Erasmus+ program. These include: The promotion of fundamental European values among young people, in particular, respect for human dignity, equality, respect for human rights, tolerance, and non-discrimination. The development of mobility among young people in Europe. The development of intercultural education in the field of youth. The encouragement of initiative, entrepreneurship, and creativity. The provision of non-formal education in the European ethics context and the creation of innovative opportunities for active citizenship, especially for young people with fewer opportunities. The main purpose of the youth exchange "EuroEthics" was to raise participants' awareness and understanding of other cultures, traditions, and countries, offering them the opportunity to build networks of international contacts, actively participate in the life of society, and develop a sense of European citizenship and identity. The general objectives of the youth exchange “EuroEthics” were: - intercultural dialogue, dissemination of common values of freedom, tolerance, spirituality and respect for human rights, as well as activities aimed at increasing literacy in the area of ethics, as well as developing critical thinking and a sense of youth initiative; - learning about each other’s differences and commonalities, respecting cultural, ethical, individual, religious, gender and political differences, promoting diversity, fighting all kinds of discrimination and hatred; - equipping participants with the competences and methods necessary to transfer the common fundamental values of European society to hard-to-reach young people and preventing the violent radicalization of them. In this regard, we cannot but mention the fact that working with young people, including informal learning activities and volunteering, especially in the field of ethics upbringing, will raise the awareness of the refugees, asylum-seekers, and migrants' problem in local communities of the different European countries.
