The digital, as a practical tool and resource, occupies an increasingly important place in the various professional, economic and associative human activities. The central and transversal nature of the digital is therefore to be questioned; in fact, users develop know-how up and expertise and also questions and doubts about the digital, its place, its advantages and its limits, especially in terms of fundamental rights and freedoms. The objectives were - Firstly, to identify common points in users' practices; - Second, to explore questions and reflections around the digital: interests, stakes, limits. - Thirdly, to enable youth workers to start from their common problems, those of disadvantaged neighbourhoods, in order to produce non-formal pedagogical activities, to identify resources, to respond to these problems; - Fourth, to transfer skills and know-how to young people through non-formal education; - Fifth, to create a group culture, to develop a network, to identify and share resources of common and transversal interest to youth workers in European countries; - Sixth, to create a network to pursue and develop other partnerships related to these and other issues, such as building on Erasmus Key Action 2 or other Erasmus youth mobility projects.
