The main objective EYP Luxembourg generally follows when organising one of our events is to give our participants an insight into the workings of the EU and raise awareness and interest in EU citizenship. Ideally, our events present an opportunity for our organisation to gain new members and improve our competencies in organising formal and informal educational events. In implementing our event, we want to provide our participants with an unforgettable experience, allowing them to continue on their path of personal development, and setting them up for future challenges both inside and outside of EYP. In promoting both formal and informal educational aspects we hope to communicate the importance of different learning environments and the benefits of extracurricular activities. EYP sessions present young people with new experiences both regarding the people they meet, but also the educational processes they get to know! The goal of these is to facilitate a rapid introduction to new people with different cultural backgrounds and environments, furthering the achievement of cooperation and communication goals. Our feedback and debriefing system gives the participants of Lux22 the chance to reflect their accomplishments and their potential areas of improvement through the evaluations written by experienced EYPers.
