This project aimed to improve the professional knowledge of "Barboleta" Ltd trainers and staff involved in providing adult education on adult training methods. Within the project, the participants improved their knowledge and skills in adult training methods to more effectively and qualitatively implement the existing courses, seminars and master classes, as well as prepare other courses and seminars according to the company's strategy.
"Barboleta" Ltd. is a social enterprise that was founded in 2017 to provide services and support to various specialists, families and children to improve children's learning skills and promote their successful inclusion in educational institutions and society. One of the directions of activity is the organization of training of specialists (speech therapists, special pedagogues, teachers, psychologists) and also parents on innovative methods for ensuring an effective learning process and promoting the child's attention, recognizing emotions. To be able to implement the training process more effectively, it was concluded that it is necessary to improve the knowledge of the trainers and also the administration in the field of adult education, learning various informal methods to be used in adult training.
