The general objective of the project was to promote the capacity and visibility of the MP and to deepen competencies in the priorities set - sustainability, digitalisation and green growth, as well as intercultural communication. The project contributes to the overall EU goals and dimensions and promotes loyalty and active citizenship of European inhabitants. Tolerance and inclusion were not set as the official objectives at first hand, yet, after communicating with the mobilities participants, they confirmed that mobilities have contributed to understanding social inclusion and becoming more tolerant towards society and its diversity. The project has several specific objectives: Participation in courses and seminars to promote further development. Exchange of experience in the field of education -job shadowing of partners and discussions to adopt the best practices and improve the working methodology of the MP. Further cooperation opportunities, such as options for providing internships for MP students were discussed. Exchange of experience for learners - training and experience exchange program to promote the increase of knowledge of this target group, as as motivation for further development.
The project is a unique opportunity for the development of MP, as it supports mobility, thus promoting the competitiveness of MP staff, as well as the growth of learners. In addition to the direct results (implemented mobility), increased competence, and knowledge of other countries' cultures, the project also contributes to the development of a new learning format, as new curricula are implemented for people with fewer opportunities. The MP has received the ERASMUS+ accreditation and holds full responsibility for ensuring maximum results from the project by organising maximum efficient mobilities. There are not only people who have gained experience in mobilities, but also several new project applications in cooperation with foreign partners are prepared. The contacts established have allowed attracting new projects starting from EUR 50 000. The MP members have received several new skills and diplomas, e.g. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® as a result of the training activities. The partners have been chosen because we have already started cooperating on other projects, gaining confidence in their compliance with the priorities. Several learners have decided to enroll in other learning courses.
