Objective 1 : To develop digital skills and new teaching and innovation approaches to improve the learning outcomes and the employment opportunities for our beneficiaries and community members. Objective 2 : To know and solve the challenges that arise from social media interactions and use them as a tool for collaborative learning and a method of communication. Objective 3 : To develop digital and entrepreneurial skills that are reflected in improved autonomy, personal potential and coping with the challenges of the digital age.
The context of the project is related to new trends in the world of education, some innovative teaching methods and new forms of teaching promoted in other countries, as well as to strengthen the teaching style developed by our organisation, to build internal capacity and adapt it to the current modern learning environment in the field of digital technologies, to share knowledge with the wider public. Our main task is to organise informal events and acceleration programmes for young people in Latvia. We develop themes such as mobbing, healthy living, intercultural dialogue or political and educational activities, among others. Our aim is to create an alternative leisure activity where different social groups learn to spread good practices in society. The organisation is involved in supporting and managing cultural initiatives, project consultancy, mentoring and organising public events. Our organisation is committed to the development of education based on innovative thinking. Thus, we want to improve teaching skills and the educational environment by submitting proposals that incorporate the same values, as well as the importance of improving our digital skills to foster innovative contexts.
