Active learning has become much more important in recent years, when not only students but also adults could learn only through ZOOM platforms. Now it's time to get active. The aim of this project was to develop methodologies in our chosen fields, the most recent being Sustainable Development and Climate Change in the context of cultural and linguistic dynamics. What is important - our trainers are then able to immediately pass on the skills acquired during the courses to their colleagues in the methodological sessions and to their students in the classroom. An important role plays Talent City website and the regular newsletter in passing on information within our organisation. We are active on social networks, too.
The project "Active Learning" was implemented by NGO Talent City, cultural and educational studio, in cooperation with training providers from Portugal, Belgium and Spain. The trainings were attended by adult educators, trainers and lecturers of the association, who acquired new competences, knowledge and skills in the field of adult education during the planned mobilities.
