In the long term, the association implements the training program "Ambassadors of Latvian culture", in which the participants improve their knowledge of cultural diversity, identity and social cohesion, which serves as a basis for the establishment of various partnerships. Until now, these trainings have been based only on teaching staff in Latvia and Latvian experience. Therefore, in order to ensure substantive growth, it is essential to get to know the experience of other countries, to supplement the lecturers' knowledge and skills with new knowledge and methods. It is essential to expand and diversify the offer of adult education by raising the qualifications of adult educators. In addition, it is essential to simplify the implementation and availability of high-quality education and training programs in all forms of adult education and make them relevant to the needs of the individual and society as a whole. That is, both learners and educators should get to know and learn modern methods and techniques based on digitization. Thus providing the opportunity to train participants regardless of their location and the opportunity to participate in person.
Every year, the association organizes training sessions for cultural ambassadors of Latvia (Since 2015, it has been organizing informal movements "Latvijas cultural ambassadors" activity in Latvia, which includes ~300 participants from all over Latvia - NGOs, educational institutions, state and local governments representatives of institutions.) Training camps, informal meetings, face-to-face and recently online are held regularly training, adult non-formal education. The association regularly implements projects, approves immigrant training "Integration courses", providing knowledge to immigrants, others about the history of Latvia, the state system, social, educational and cultural issues, as well as health issues Latvian language learning activities. Projects are implemented in which adults, communities and NGOs are active, immigrants and young people are trained, intercultural activities are implemented to ensure integration processes.
