Background

Following the information provided in our school's self-evaluation report on the professional development of teachers, we launched an Erasmus+ project with the main goal of providing teachers with innovative training to develop their digital and ecosystem skills. Our work plan included training, activities and dissemination activities, which will result in the knowledge gained being passed on to our students. This will not only help them develop their digital skills, but also promote 21st century skills by integrating fun activities. The goal of our project was for teachers to establish new international relations, communicate with colleagues from other countries and cultural environments, promote common values in education and training. Our school project focused specifically on improving teachers' knowledge and practical skills using digital tools in the teaching process. Teacher training in Antalya, Turkey helped teachers gain this valuable knowledge to create a modern and sustainable learning environment that integrates digital tools and content. This development will help improve the functioning of our school, as well as increase the prestige of the school and the quality of education through innovative methods and tools.
