1) To strengthen the psycho-emotional well-being (well-being) of teachers and learners. 2) Integrate the 5-step principle of self-directed learning into VPKV, respecting the individual development needs of each student and improving self-control skills. 3) Promotes the individualization and differentiation of the VPKV learning process.
V. Plūdonis Kuldīga secondary school – a modern educational institution with a positive environment for the growth of a knowledgeable, creative and co-responsible personality. The basic direction of the educational institution is the educational activity. At the moment, 5 educations are implemented in the school. In the general education stage, pupils of compulsory school age from the age of 6 study at the school, in distance learning programs also adults, i.e. learners who, for various reasons, stopped studying and resumed studying after a long break. Currently, 788 students study in the school, 88 teachers work. Support for day-to-day work is provided by support staff. The "big idea" of V. Plūdoņis secondary school - "Find your growth opportunities!" The values of the educational institution - co-responsibility, cooperation, tolerance. The essence of the project "Happy teachers make great students" is to strengthen the psycho-emotional well-being of VPKV students and teachers, to improve students' independent work skills, to differentiate school learning processes, to adapt them to everyone's individual needs.
