Background

Liepāja Liedaga Secondary School (here after – the School) is a minority general secondary education institution. The learning process is divided into three school stages: primary school, primary school, and high school. The school specializes in STEM. To successfully carry out support activities in the School, a Support Team has been established, which participates in solving the issues of pupils’ behavior, developing methodologies and plans, and working individually with pupils with learning disabilities/difficulties. This project applies to all school programs. One of the main long-term goals of the School is to create a favorable, modern, and inclusive environment in the school, oriented towards the pupils as a responsible and autonomous personality. The project aimed to ensure the professional development of the School staff, the quality of education and training, to allow pupils to participate in short-term learning mobility. As well as promoting the School's ability to be an active member of the European Erasmus+ organization network.
