We wanted to expand the experience of young teachers and the opportunity to see ideas for a more modern learning process in our school/our country in the experience of other countries, to gain inspiration in teaching and developing different skills for students, to diversify the learning experience and to strengthen their pedagogical skills. We wanted the young teachers to gain more confidence in various pedagogical techniques and develop their self-management education; to share their professional development experience with their colleagues. We want to see changes in the students' learning experience in the diversity and change of their pedagogical techniques. This section is in progress.
The mission of Valmiera Pārgauja State Gymnasium is focused on a varied and high-quality learning experience, where both the student and the teacher study. The goals of the school anticipate an active learning process for teachers in order to create a modern, competitive and open learning environment, thus providing an example to the student, and using modern teaching methods in the student's learning process. The school implements a support program for young teachers, thereby strengthening their professional development and maintaining their motivation to continue working in the education sector. In the country, the third year is already starting, when a new curriculum and approach to its implementation is being implemented. In order to strengthen all above mentioned, the school considered the mobility program as an excellent opportunity for young teachers to improve and strengthen their professional skills.
