The main aim of the ERASMUS+ project contract No 2022-1-LV0KA131-HED-000052737 of the P. Stradiņš Medical College of the University of Latvia was to provide mobility, growth opportunities, learning new skills and knowledge abroad to as many participants as possible. In order to implement the internationalisation strategy of the College - to enable students to gain knowledge in partner institutions, to engage in various project activities and to find professional as well as personal development, mobility for internships and studies was ensured. The involvement of students and lecturers in BIP (Blended Intensive Programme) projects, both within the College and as partners in partner universities, plays an important role in international cooperation. They ensure quality communication, new knowledge, innovation and professional development. As for the staff of the college, during this project period we wanted to provide professional development opportunities not only for the academic staff but also for the general staff. Partners for these training mobilities were purposefully selected in order to fully acquire the necessary skills. New partners were selected during the project to provide more opportunities for future mobility for both students and staff. New partnerships foster growth, broaden horizons and inspire change. Overall, the main objective of the project was to implement mobility in line with the objectives of the programme, the Erasmus+ University Charter, and the mission and vision of the college.
