The Erasmus + project approved 2 staff teaching mobility and 4 staff training mobility Due to the high level of staff interest, more mobility was implemented than planned - 4 staff teaching mobility and 3 staff training mobility. The Olaine Technology College of Riga Technical University, in implementing the Erasmus + Higher Education Erasmus for academic and general staff, sought to achieve the following results: 1) to acquire new knowledge regarding the methods used in conducting study courses in laboratory work; 2) to supplement knowledge regarding various modern topics and methods of training used in theoretical and practical study courses; 3) to develop cooperation skills in a multicultural environment, in transnational working groups; 4) to supplement the knowledge of the foreign language, the use of professional terminology; 5) to establish new scientific contacts; 6) to obtain information regarding new possibilities for cooperation. Promote “green travel” by using a bus and/or train which causes less pollution to the environment when traveling on a less polluting means of transport. Promote the inclusion of the lecturer by including in mobility the lecturer with a weaker knowledge of a foreign language but huge experience.
