With this project the strategy and Internationalization strategy of the College of Business Administration was implemented, providing the opportunity to the administrative staff, academic staff as well as students to use mobilities to gain international experience which could be later integrated and used in their daily duties at the College. It was an important strategic goal for the College to provide international experience to its staff and students, as well as to establish international partnerships, and this project helped to achieve these strategic aims. With this project, the College of Business Administration was aiming to expand the international cooperation network, to strengthen the cooperation with existing partners abroad and to create new partnerships. As a result, more international possibiliies could be provided to the staff and students. With this project the College of Business Administration also wanted to implement it's human resource development plan, providing possibilities for the staff to attend international training sessions and get the best experience abroad.
