Realised ERASMUS+ international credit mobility project corresponds to the goals of the JVLMA international strategy – to expand the scope of partners including countries with rich musical heritage and high level contemporary performing arts, as well as intensify international marketing to attract talented students from other countries. Project includes collaboration with V. Sarajishvili Tbilisi State Conservatoire and Omaha Music School of Nebraska University. The aim of the project was to promote development of the European dimension in music education, expand and deepen collaboration with both partner schools. For the first time Project included not only staff, but also student mobility with Omaha Music School. Due to the good and longstanding professional contacts between partner schools and departments project participants were carefully selected. Project provided staff training possibilities for the academic staff involved, opportunity to investigate the situation in partner institution, to compare study programs, which is very useful and advisable regarding student exchange. Project results created several new ideas regarding future collaboration.
