To promote international cooperation, learning and practice mobility between Programme Countries (EU/EEA and associated countries) and Partner Countries (non-EU), especially in the field of higher education. 1. Intercultural understanding has been promoted and opportunities for professional development of students and teachers have been provided. 2. Institutional ties between RTU RA and higher education institutions in Central Asia (Kazakhstan (Kazadi) and Uzbekistan (Samarqand Economic and Service Institute) and in the Western Balkans (Albania University College of Business) have been strengthened. 3. Support has been provided for the modernization and internationalization of higher education systems in partner countries.
